In-Person Rowing Performance Training


Rowers will develop a solid athletic foundation while addressing their individual goals and limitations.

Each program includes: targeted movement training, explosive development, strength development, and energy system development unique to rowing.

Athletes are supervised as the coach runs them through an intense 45-60 minute workout with special attention paid to proper technique.

FAQ


What's the process like for a new client?
1) Schedule a time for your assessment here.
2) You'll automatically be emailed 2 forms to complete before your appointment.

3) When we meet, we'll run you through a detailed assessment & choose the training subscription that best fits your needs.
4) You'll choose your recurring day(s) and time(s) for training.
​5) We'll design a custom program for you based on your assessment.
6) We start working towards your goals!

Why do you require a subscription & a recurring day/time?
We're in the business of changing lives. To change your life, you need to establish a consistent routine.  A subscription model requires you to invest in yourself; it encourages consistency. By setting up a subscription with a regular day and time, you're not only securing your spot in our schedule - you're also committing to a routine that keeps you accountable and on track toward your goals.


What happens when I can't make it to my normal day & time?
As long as you cancel your original session at least 24 hours before, you can reschedule to a new day & time via our online schedule.

Do my unused sessions roll over to the next month?
Sessions do not roll over from month to month, so please plan accordingly. 

What happens when I travel?
Your subscription includes 4, 8, or 12 sessions every 28 days (depending on your plan). It's up to you to use all of your sessions within that 28 day period. If you would like to pause your subscription, you may do so but you will lose any unused sessions and your regularly scheduled time slot.
